1. Acceptance

By registering for or using AmbTrack, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation (hospital, ambulance service, government agency), you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

AmbTrack is a real-time emergency coordination platform connecting ambulances, hospitals, traffic police, and control centers in Bangalore. The platform provides GPS tracking, dispatch coordination, traffic signal alerts, and hospital bed availability.

3. Eligibility

AmbTrack is available to authorised personnel of registered emergency service organisations. You must provide accurate registration details including valid identification relevant to your role (vehicle number, badge number, hospital registration, or government authorisation code).

4. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not share credentials. Each account represents one individual.
• Report unauthorised access immediately.
• AmbTrack supports a maximum of 3 concurrent device sessions per account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for non-emergency or personal purposes.
• Submit false dispatch or status information.
• Attempt to access data outside your authorised role.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform operations.
• Share patient data outside the platform's intended workflow.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of AmbTrack is subject to our Privacy Policy. Location data is collected only during active duty and is used exclusively for emergency coordination.

7. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AmbTrack is a coordination tool — it does not replace clinical judgement, traffic law, or emergency protocols. Decisions made based on platform data are the responsibility of the user and their organisation.

8. Liability

AmbTrack is provided "as is" during the pilot programme. We are not liable for delays, inaccuracies in GPS data, or decisions made based on platform information. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for 12+ months. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@ambtrack.in.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
